Happy National Donut Day!!!!

Here’s a recipe for some healthy and yummy donuts!!!
What You’ll Need:
  • 1 c. Whole Grain Pastry Flour
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c. Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 c. Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Egg Whites, beaten into soft peaks (Add this last!!!)
Instructions:
Pop them in at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes then coat them in some powdered sugar. Yields 12 donuts. YUM!
