Yall this is my most favorite topping for sweet potato.
Sweet potato is one of those food items that are good for you, very filling and curbs the sweet tooth. In fact sweet potato is known to help balance your sugar levels and wouldn’t you know it that it also so happens to LOOK LIKE a pancreas also known for regulating your blood sugar. Almost as if they have the same Creator!!
This is SUPER SIMPLE to make and ONE INGREDIENT
Once made you simply keep on the counter or in the pantry. (you can put it in the fridge but it will harden and be harder to spread)
Simply taken unsweetened coconut flakes and out them into a blender. At first it won’t look like much but right around the 2 minute mark youll start to see it mold together. Keep blending until desired consistency.
This will pull out the sweet flavors from the sweet potato! Add spices like paprika, or cinnamon for different flavor profiles.
