As studies take place, new exercises arise and old exercises expire with the knowledge that OOPS! Theyre not really good for you. Take for instance Ballistic Stretching, in the old days that used to be the thing to do to increase flexibility but they found that the results were temporary and it un-stabilized the stretching area making it susceptible to pulling or “throwing it out”. There are many more of these instances so in this video we take 5 common exercises that with study and understanding of biomechanics and physics we know are not ideal exercises.
