Healthy Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2c vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2c cocoa(the good stuff)
  • 1/3c coconut sugar
  • 1T coconut oil 1t baking soda
  • 1/2c dark chocolate chips
  • 1c whole grain pastry flour

Directions:

Used a mixer for all but chocolate chips.

Made a thick batter but these little treats are perfect!

Cooked at 350 for 11-12 minutes.

Wrap and Freeze for fresh muffins at any time!!

Just heat in microwave or oven to taste like fresh!!!
