Why do I pee when I do certain exercises?

Pregnancy is in fact a trauma to the human body. The body spends 9months completely out of sorts, organs get completely rearranged, and permanent structures in your ligaments and pelvis get altered.

Oddly enough physical therapy is uncommon post pregnancy!

The most common complaint is the inability to perform prior movements and reflexes without the same result post pregnancy.
