Make this Memorial Day a Healthy One


Start the day with a smoothie. Get powered up, especially if you’re hosting.
Frozen Berries –Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries
Greek Yogurt – Watch the sugar content, shoot of less than 10g per serving
Almond Milk – 6-8oz
Chia Seeds – for the Fiber and Omegas
Can also add flax seeds or protein mix


Before the cookout snack on a Fruit Plate. You’ll find yourself eating so much less of the bad stuff!
Include whatever you’d like.
A vegetable plate is just as effective.
Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery.
Dip such as Dressing or Hummus.

Make a Protein Style Hamburger with Grass Fed Beef.
Super Easy. Everything is the exact same, just save the bun and use whole leaves of iceberg lettuce.

Refreshing and delicious!
Doesn’t have to be cucumbers.
Use lemon, orange, grapefruit or some combination.

Just remember to wash the peel before you serve it. You don’t want to know the studies on stuff they’ve found on dirty ones.
