Happy National Donut Day!!!!
Here’s a recipe for some healthy and yummy donuts!!!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 c. Whole Grain Pastry Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 c. Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. White Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/4 c. Coconut Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 Egg Whites, beaten into soft peaks (Add this last!!!)
Instructions:
Pop them in at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes then coat them in some powdered sugar. Yields 12 donuts. YUM!
